Music Gox Grandpa No. 3210 14" Fibre Craft Some Grandpa has some age spots

This 14" Grandpa doll is made of fabric and cloth. He is titled Music Box Grandpa, but I do not see where music would go. He is still wrapped in his original packaging. His white fabric body has some age discoloration spots, but I imagine a little tide stick should help. He also comes with a pair of black shoes.
